SIM Card & Scratch Card Production Line – with the recent explosion of penetration rate of Mobile ownership in Jordan & the region (Penetration rate in Jordan increased from 22% to 48% in the last two years), we anticipate a major increase of demand for SIM & Scratch card production lines cards to meet the tailored and immediate needs of the local/regional market.

Demographics – Considering that 50% of Jordanians are below the age of 18, the next few years will see the demand for Mobile services and associated products increase at faster rates than most countries can ever hope for. This, coupled with the fact that Jordan has large numbers of ex-patriots from Egypt & Iraq, who need telecommunications services to communicate with their relatives overseas, give Jordan added opportunities for growth.

Golden Mark is a highly dynamic organization that is capable of delivering value-add to customers, partners and suppliers in a number of key areas:

Distribution reach: Golden Mark has a fleet of livered vehicles that, on daily basis, provide total and blanket coverage to all corners of Jordan including major cities, towns and rural areas. We also have a number of sales showrooms in Amman, Irbid and Aqaba.

Dynamic workforce: Our highly motivated work force is one of the company’s major assets. We are fully flexible and are tuned to deliver anywhere/anytime in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Hours of operation: We work a six-day week, commencing at 6:00 am. Long after others have gone, our staff and vehicles can still be seen pounding the streets to ensure our customers have the products/services they desire.. At peak times (Eid, Ramadan and national occasions) we operate a 24 hour service.

Points of Sales: We have commercial arrangements with over 2500 POSs throughout the Kingdom. This vast network ensures our products & services and those of our partners are made available to the largest possible customer base in the Kingdom.

Customer Satisfaction: Golden Mark is a highly customer-oriented company. We regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys and our satisfied customers include the American Embassy in Jordan.

Market Knowledge: Our workforce is in daily/constant contact with the market place. They are trained to capture what is happening in the market as street level. Our daily debriefing sessions, we analyze the market activity and make adjustments where necessary.

Organization

Golden Mark is privately owned – the majority of ownership resides with its founder/president, Mr. Belal Al-Bdour. Mr. Al-Bdour is a seasoned operator in the Jordanian & regional Telecommunications market and has been a constant participant in the development of the Jordanian Telecommunications Market.

Golden Mark is divided into a number of operational units including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Distribution, Administration, Packaging, Mobile Handsets & as well as Services Centre.

Golden Mark has 45 fully trained, dynamic and motivated employees. All employees abide by the company's Equal Opportunities policy to ensure all staff are treated equally regardless of religion, gender, age, marital status or colour.



Premises

Golden Mark headquarters are located in Swefieh, Amman, Jordan. We have significant presence in all the major cities and outlets in Jordan including:

  • Golden Mark’s main location consists of a 400m sq store in the heart of the commercial centre of Sweifieh, Amman. It includes Training, Service, Offices and Showroom Areas.
  • Packaging Center: Al- Garden's Street, Amman and consists of 600m sq. This caters for SIM CARDS packaging, wrapping and Bar Coding.
  • Customer Service Center: To deal with customer enquires upgrades, maintenance & repairs.
  • Distribution Center: Consist of a fleet of 25 livered vehicles.
